Refund policy

Because Mema’s original artwork is one-of-a-kind, all artwork sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Southern Roots Salve cannot be returned once opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at medicatedmema@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

If an unopened Southern Roots Salve needs to be returned for another reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
